This little man is so sweet, smart, and cute!! What a doll! He has soooo much potential. His family was forced to move and could not find affordable housing where pets are allowed. Skrapps LOVES kids and has gotten along great with all the other animals here at the shelter. He catches on to basic commands very quickly and truly deserves a loving home.
